Does pricing cover AI token usage?
No. Retask pricing covers the platform — sandbox runtime, storage, and collaboration. Bring your own API keys for the AI provider of your choice; Retask stores them securely.
Can I change plans at any time?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle with remaining balance credited to your account.
How does per-user pricing work?
Each workspace is billed per active member. Adding or removing users adjusts your next bill.
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance is credited to your account when you downgrade. You can request a cash refund of your available credit at any time by contacting support.
What does "Unlimited*" mean?
Resources marked with * are subject to fair-use rate limits to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users.
